  • Graduated Bowling Green High School ('82)
  • Attended Western Kentucky University and University of Kentucky for Pre-Chiropractic Curriculum Requirements (1982-1985)
  • Graduated Palmer College of Chiropractic (1988) - A four year Academic Curriculum www.palmer.edu
  • Licensed to practice Chiropractic in Kentucky and began active practice in Bowling Green, KY (1989)
  • Completed a 36-month (3-year) course curriculum in Chiropractic Orthopedics (1991)
  • Certified and Registered as a Medical Examiner for Federal D.O.T. Physical Qualifications and Examinations for truck and bus drivers. (2013)




  • April 1995 to present) Appointed by the KY Worker's Compensation Commissioner as a charter member of the Worker's Compensation Chiropractic Peer Review Committee
  • August 2000 to present) Appointed by Gov. Paul Patton, Re-Appointed by Gov. Ernie Fletcher and Gov. Steve Beshear to serve as a member of the KY State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, (Presently serving as President of the Board). kbce.ky.gov

  • Elected to the Board of the KY Chiropractic Society (Jan 2000 - Jan 2006, voted Chiropractor of the Year in 1999 and 2004.)
